I switched up my routine at the gym tonight because I had to make sure I purified myself after possibly being infested with germs from my under-the-weather “girlfriend”. Instead of hopping on the elliptical like usual, I spent roughly an hour in the steam room and inhaled deep breaths—that shit felt refreshing. I could have stayed in there all fucking night, but I had to get my workout on.
